  • We kindly ask that appointments be canceled or adjusted at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Requests made within this window may be eligible for rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 3 days’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments and late cancellations (within 3 days of your scheduled visit) are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

  • Yes. Each appointment may be rescheduled once, at no charge, provided the request is made more than 3 days in advance.

  • We ask that you arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or need to be rescheduled to respect the time reserved for other clients. Appointments that cannot be completed due to late arrival are considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

  • Of course! In fact, your medications will be electronically sent to your pharmacy of choice. At ReBloom, we pride ourselves in prescribing FDA approved therapies that are not only proven to work but endorses by major medical societies and tailored for your lifestyle. Compounded therapies are also used and prescribed for certain conditions.

  • Great question, most consultation will include review or ordering of labs and imaging. Imaging can include mammograms, bone density scans, body composition scans and colonoscopies.

  • Perimenopause is the time before your last menstrual period. During this time you may notice changes in your menstrual cycle and flow.
